Why we built this

Foundation problems are serious. They're often expensive, confusing, and high-stakes. Yet finding a trustworthy professional is surprisingly difficult. We built FindFoundationPros to solve that problem by providing a free, transparent directory of vetted foundation repair professionals across all 50 states.

How our listings work

We source our directory data from public records and contractor submissions. Professionals can claim and verify their listings for free to add contact information. Premium listings unlock additional features including full profiles and priority placement.

We never charge homeowners for access to the directory. Contractors can list their businesses for free and upgrade when ready.

Independence & bias

FindFoundationPros is independently operated. We don't take commissions, referral fees, or kickbacks from contractors. Our rankings prioritize verified professionals — not whoever pays the most. Premium listing fees support the operation of the directory.
